These terms govern your use of the Rynar Hardware website and your purchases from Rynar Holding Limited (“Rynar Hardware”, “we”, “us”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. How Ordering Works
This website is a catalogue and quotation platform — no payment is taken online. You build a quote list and send it to us on WhatsApp; we respond with pricing, availability and delivery options. A binding order is formed only when we confirm your order and you accept the final quote.
2. Prices
- Prices shown on the website are indicative retail prices in Kenya Shillings and may change without notice.
- The price that applies to your order is the one confirmed in your final quote.
- Wholesale, contractor and project pricing is available on request.
3. Payment
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer and cash on collection. For special orders and fabricated items a deposit may be required before the order is placed. Goods remain the property of Rynar Holding Limited until paid for in full.
4. Availability & Product Information
Stock levels change daily; listing an item on the website is not a guarantee of availability. Product images are illustrative — finishes, packaging and specifications may vary by manufacturer batch. We confirm the exact item in your quote.
5. Delivery, Returns & Warranties
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy and returns by our Refund & Returns policy. Manufacturer warranties pass to you on purchase; we will assist with claims but the warranty terms are the manufacturer’s.
6. Tenders & Credit Accounts
Supply to institutions, contractors and tender awards is subject to separate written agreements covering pricing, delivery schedules and payment terms. Contact us to set up a project or credit account.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act (Kenya). Beyond those rights, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
