We want you to buy with confidence. If something isn’t right with your order, this policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work at Rynar Hardware.
Returns
- Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase (receipt, invoice or delivery note).
- Return transport costs are met by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item supplied, or item damaged before delivery).
Items We Cannot Accept Back
- Custom or made-to-order items (cut pipes and cables, mixed paint, fabricated items, special-order stock).
- Electrical items that have been installed or powered on, unless faulty and covered by warranty.
- Cement, adhesives and other perishables once opened or exposed to moisture.
- Clearance or clearly marked “final sale” items.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Please inspect goods on delivery or collection. If an item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your receipt. Verified faults are resolved by replacement, repair or refund — your choice where stock allows. Manufacturer warranties apply to items such as pumps, inverters, batteries and power tools; we will assist you with the warranty claim.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued through the same method used to pay (M-Pesa, bank transfer or cash) within 3–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
- Exchanges for a different size or model are processed immediately where stock is available; any price difference is settled at the time of exchange.
- Deposits on special orders are refundable only before the order is placed with our supplier.
How To Start A Return
Message us on WhatsApp at +254 794 256660 or email rynarhardware@gmail.com with your receipt number, the item, and the reason for return. You can also bring the item with its receipt to our store on Elgeyo Rd, Oloo St Junction, Eldoret.
