Delivery Areas & Times
- Eldoret and environs: same-day or next-day delivery for in-stock items.
- Rest of Kenya: 1–4 business days depending on location and load size, via our own transport or trusted courier/transporter partners.
- Bulk and project deliveries: scheduled with you in advance; we confirm the delivery window when your quote is finalised.
Delivery Charges
Delivery is quoted per order based on distance, weight and volume — we confirm the exact charge together with your product quote on WhatsApp before you commit. Bulk orders within Eldoret may qualify for free delivery; ask when requesting your quote.
Collection (Pick-Up)
You are welcome to collect from our store at Elgeyo Rd, Oloo St Junction, Eldoret — Monday to Saturday, 7:30am to 6:00pm. We’ll have your order packed and ready; just show your order confirmation.
On Delivery
- Please have someone on site to receive, inspect and sign for the goods.
- Count and inspect items before signing — shortages or transit damage must be noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery.
- Offloading is the customer’s responsibility unless offloading assistance was agreed in the quote.
