How do I get a price for an item?
Every product page has an "Add to Quote" button. Add what you need, open your Quote Cart and press "Send Quote to WhatsApp" — your item list opens in WhatsApp, and we reply with current pricing and availability. You can also message us directly.
Why don't I pay online?
Most of our orders are for construction projects — quantities, delivery and sometimes specifications need a quick confirmation first. Quoting on WhatsApp lets us give you the best price (especially wholesale) and confirm stock before you commit. Payment is then by M-Pesa, bank transfer or cash.
Do you deliver outside Eldoret?
Yes — countrywide. Eldoret and environs are usually same-day or next-day; other regions take 1–4 business days depending on location and load. Delivery cost is confirmed with your quote. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
Do you offer wholesale or contractor prices?
Yes. We serve fundis, contractors, developers and institutions with wholesale pricing and project supply. Mention your quantities when requesting a quote, or ask about a project account.
Can you supply for tenders and institutions?
Yes — Rynar Holding Limited supplies residential, commercial, government and institutional projects, with transparent pricing and compliant documentation. Contact us with your tender requirements.
What if an item is not on the website?
We stock far more than what is listed online. Message us on WhatsApp with what you need (a photo or spec helps) and we'll confirm availability and price.
Can I return something?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days with your receipt. Custom-cut, special-order and installed electrical items are excluded. Full details are on our Refund & Returns page.
Do products have warranties?
Items like pumps, inverters, batteries, water heaters and power tools carry manufacturer warranties. Keep your receipt — we assist with all warranty claims.
